There is just something about visiting the Motherland that re-ignites my soul. As an African, I am proud of my resilience and true beauty because of my people and heritage.

Africa is a special place filled with special people. Since my early childhood, I have developed such rooted connections with my Continent, having shot so many images; the beachfront is always my favourite to see what the coastal life brings to each community, from fish trade to live musicians.

As I journey through a life living in the Western world, I want to walk and live in the heat of the African Sun every day.
